Complete attention to detail. Timely and continual communication through the process. Facilitated family approval for cremation on my behalf. Genuinely caring director. Nothing scripted, just genuinely good folks from the time the phone answered to time I picked up ashes. They GET how important and difficult this process is. Tom Dorsey stayed in constant contact with me. Gave me reassurances as to where my loved one was while waiting for cremation and what the process involved. Helped me understand what my options were for urn given that I will be transporting the ashes. Made absolutely sure I understood I could contact them for additional death certificates or any questions I might have. Made sure obituary had complete information. Offered for me to send additional pictures. Helped me understand what state of florida required. Got everything right the first time. You have NO IDEA what such genuine caring and compassionate and error free work does to provide comfort and peace of mind at such a difficult time and with a process I've never gone through before.

All services were prearranged and delivered as promised. My Mom passed on the weekend before Christmas. As promised, they came from the East Coast to the West Coast of Florida. To make things even more challenging, the fog that morning was almost zero visibility. They fulfilled every promise. Thank you. Also - my Mom's presentation was remarkable. They did an excellent job preparing her for viewing.

Fisk Funeral Home and Staff, Just a quick note for the services rendered for my wife. I must say in today's world few companies wow me with their customer service and professionalism to detail. I am an only child and staff were helpful through the whole process. They took care of everything for me. Mr. Tom Dorsey was great. He gave me his phone number and kept in contact with me until I received my mother's ashes in NJ. I am very grateful to the staff of Fisk Funeral Home; they have serviced our family for many years.

We like the small town humble, simple feel. Kevin Strong stood out and was very professional, compassionate and courteous. We did not have a service at this time but like the video and on time obituary services. You previously had a great service for our mom and dad.

I would recommend Fisk and the staff to everyone. They treat you like family without over doing it and they make a sad day easier to handle with respect to giving you peace of mind that your family member is being respected and well taken care of during the process. They also offer help with most anything that you could need and that makes things more bearable as well. Don Kraeer was very welcoming, professional and very understanding and mindful of the sensitivity of my situation.

Dear Don, I've been meaning to write to you for the past several months since my dad's passing. It's not been an easy time for us, being that we are a close knit bunch. (As you now). I thought today would be a good day to sit down and finally send you this letter. On behalf of the Alexander family, I want you to know that your courteous manner, professionalism and compassion while the funeral arrangements were being made, all the way through to collecting his ashes, were greatly appreciated. My brother, sisters, two brother-in-laws and myself, had come to you within 7 hours of our dad's passing and under the circumstances we were very much grief stricken from our deep loss earlier that same morning. You made something that was going to be very difficult for all of us seem natural and calming toward our dad's final journey home. The hardest part of loving this great man was saying goodbye to him.
