Thomas Aquinas Spahn

February 21, 1961 - November 11, 2021

Thomas Spahn passed away peacefully at 1:45 AM on November 11th, 2021 at St Cloud Regional Hospital due to complications from pneumonia and congestive heart failure. He was born in 1961 in Red Bank, New Jersey. He was the youngest son of Stephen and Mary Spahn, and had 7 siblings; Stephen, Sally, Mimi, Jack, Kenny, Donna, and Patricia. He was a mechanic by trade, and had been known for being able to fix anything with wheels and an engine. He moved to Florida in the early 1980’s. There, he met his then-wife Diane and had three children; Nicole in 1991, Christina in 1993, and Stephen in 2002. They moved to Titusville, Florida in 2005. Tom has two grandchildren: Isabel and Kratos. Tom loved anything to do with the ocean. He was a skilled boater, an avid fisherman, and a good swimmer. Tom also enjoyed music, and was exclusively partial to classic rock. Tom was goofy and eclectic. He was quick to forgive and forget and was generous to anyone that needed his help or advice, sometimes to a fault. Tom was surrounded by family in his final hours. A memorial service will be held in February 2021 with formal dates to follow. It matters not how strait the gate, How charged with punishments the scroll, I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul. —William Ernest Henley In lieu of flowers, Tom's family is asking for a donation to The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse. Arrangements are under the care of Fisk Funeral Home and Crematory, 1107 Massachusetts Avenue, St. Cloud, FL 34769. 407.892.2155. www.fiskfh.com
