Margaret Mary "Peggy" (Wiley) Malloy, born July 30, 1940 in Philadelphia, PA. Daughter of the late Margaret Elizabeth (Paxton) Cripps & Oliver Vincent Cripps. Beloved wife of Frank J. Malloy , Treasured sister of Richard M. Cripps of Perkasie; sister Suzanne Jarose and her husband Bruce of Doylestown, PA and her sister-in-law Beverly Ann Miller Cripps of Doylestown, PA. Most cherished mother of Donald W. Wiley and his wife Paula of Telford, PA; Pamela Jane Pryor and her husband Bryon of Slatington, PA; Lisa Anne Godshall & her husband Christopher Godshall of Allentown, PA and George V. Wiley and his wife Maureen (Merkel) Wiley of Dublin, PA.; stepsons Shaun Malloy and his wife Brenda of Perkasie, PA; Brian Malloy and his wife Julie of Indianapolis, IN. and stepdaughter Kelly M. Wenzel, wife of Joseph Wenzel of West Orange, NJ. She is sharing a joyful reunion with stepson Kevin Malloy, husband of Mona Malloy of Pipersville, PA who passed away in 2004. Survived also by her grandchildren Ian, Andrew and Sean Wiley of Telford, PA and Joseph Welzig all of Quakertown, PA; Stephanie and Samantha Pryor, both of Slatington, PA; Nikolas Godshall and his wife Christina of Grantville, PA; Danielle (Godshall) Meitzler & husband Stephen of Breinigsville, PA; Joey Merkel of Dublin, PA; Amber Malloy of Perkasie, PA; Clayton and Georgia Malloy of Indianapolis, IN and Grace & Emma Wenzel of W. Orange, NJ; and great - Grandaughters Lillian & Kylie Welzig of Quakertown as well as all of her treasured nieces and nephews. Peggy flourished during her years as a paramedic and ER Technician at Doylestown Hospital. She volunteered countless hours with the Plumsteadville Vol. Fire Co. Ambulance Corps as an EMT as well as volunteer hours as a paramedic throughout the County of Bucks in the late 70's and 80's. She moved to California in 1987, and enjoyed living the West coastal life to the fullest. She was much beloved from coast to coast by her countless friends. She cherished her family and her Frank, and they all cherished her as well. Their door was always open. She was one to offer encouragement to anyone and everyone she met, whether she knew them or not. Her great love for others was evidenced by the compassion she showed to strangers at their bleakest hour through her work in Emergency Medical Service, by simply holding the hand of a gravely injured patient or shedding tears for a patient that could not be saved. Peggy was always doing kind acts for others and was very welcoming and generous of spirit. She always put others first in everything she did. She loved to sing, and did so often. MANY will remember the Power Peg "energy walk" and it's signature style! Her quick wit and fun nicknames for people endeared her to many. She was extremely bright, articulate and very interesting. She never DID get to be on "Jeopardy", and that surely did save the network a lot of money, because she was for sure a Grand Champion. Fearless, she always went out way TOO far on rafts in the ocean; picked up any creature she saw, and allowed many a spider to walk on her hand, much to the terror of her children! Peg was the bravest, strongest most loyal and true woman one could know. She will be missed painfully but remembered DEARLY by her family and friends more than mere words can express. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 4th at 11:00 A.M. at Doylestown United Methodist Church.
