Earl Milton Kirkpatrick

Earl Milton Kirkpatrick (Curt/Kirk), 83, of Saint Cloud, Florida (winter home) and Windham, Maine (summer home), passed away peacefully, in St. Cloud, Florida on Monday, October 26, 2015. Curt/Kirk was born the oldest child of Percy and Edith Kirkpatrick on April 14, 1932. He graduated Westbrook High School. Curt/Kirk married Joan Noble in 1952 and the union bore two children. Divorced, Curt/Kirk married Lena Jean Hill in 1964 and the union bore one child. Widowed, he married Clara Worena Marston Witham (Worena) in 1979 with three step-children. He worked for S.D. Warren. Curt/Kirk and Worena had their own business, which was comprised of real estate sales/rentals/mobile home parks. At age 55, he and Worena semi-retired and traveled extensively with family and friends throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, Caribbean, Central America, England, Ireland, Scotland, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Turkey, Greece and Egypt. Curt/Kirk was known for his business savvy, wisdom and ability with managing investments. For many years, Curt/Kirk was a long-standing member of the New England Club of St. Cloud, FL. He enjoyed square dancing, hosting family dinners, “tinkering” fixing items, communicating/keeping current on finances and world events on his computer/iPad and following sports; especially basketball, football, baseball and golf. He will be missed by many people. Curt/Kirk is survived by Six children: Gayle L. Crawford of St. Cloud, FL, Barbara McBrearty and husband, Richard of Sewall, NJ, Robert Kirkpatrick and his wife, Sharon of Westbrook, ME.; Barbara W. Stoll and husband, Scott, of St. Cloud, FL, Charles S. Witham and wife, Anne, of Norway, ME, and Pamela W. AveryWitham and her partner, Cynthia of Scarborough, ME; and twelve grandchildren: Sharyn McTaggart, Patrick Crawford, Jennifer Triechter, Lauren McBrearty-Cumuso, Kyle Kirkpatrick, Scott Kirkpatrick, Nicole Kirkpatrick, Amanda Stoll, Aurora Witham Harmon, Kate Vail, Joshua Charlton Witham, Emmy Worena AveryWitham; his brother, Alan Kirkpatrick and his wife; and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his memory to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
