Denise Ann Weber May 18, 1941 - April 23, 2024 Saint Cloud, FL - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Denise (GumGum), who departed this world on April 23, 2024, surrounded by her adoring family. She was born on May 18, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois to George and Leorna Peterman, the youngest of seven daughters. She is predeceased by her parents and six sisters, Kathryn, Elizabeth, Grace, Mary, Georgene and Theresa. A beacon of love and strength, Denise dedicated her life to nurturing and supporting her family with unwavering devotion. Her passionate spirit and boundless affection created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unconditional love. As a mother, Denise epitomized selflessness and sacrifice. She poured her heart and soul into raising her children, caring for her mother, raising her son’s three boys as well as always being there for all her grandchildren’s needs. Affectionately known as GumGum, she imparted invaluable lessons of kindness, compassion, and resilience. Her guidance and wisdom were a source of comfort and inspiration, shaping the lives of her loved ones in profound ways. Denise found joy in the simple pleasures of life, cherishing moments spent with her family and friends. She enjoyed being outdoors with her hands in the dirt. Her love for gardening brought her immense joy and fulfillment throughout her life. Her legacy of love and compassion will forever live on in the hearts of her children Albert Weber, Valarie Weber (Judy) and Victoria Reich (Paul); grandchildren Dustin Weber, Drew Weber, Dylan Weber, Parker Reich (Lilly) and Bailey Waters (J); great-grandchildren Rookie Waters and Ahmiya Santiago, who will deeply miss her presence, her laughter, and her unwavering love. Though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will continue to guide and inspire us each day. A private service to honor the life of Denise will be held for close family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Vitas Healthcare (St Cloud team) in appreciation of their compassionate care and support, especially from Jessica and Susanna. In the quiet moments when we feel her absence most keenly, may we find solace in the cherished memories we shared with our beloved mother. Rest in peace GumGum; we LOVE you a bushel and a peck!!
